Security Checkpoint

Every bag had to be checked. I only had a pair of cameras so I went right through.

Serious Security

There was a large breach of the security fence behind and to the left of where we were standing. Hundreds of spectators rushed from the section behind us into our section. The few security people in position to attend to the breach called for reinforcements. Within two minutes, there were dozens of heavily armed officers patrolling the separating road. They all left about 30 minutes later.

The armed security teams with their black suburbans was replaced by the D. C. police bike patrol.
